After enrollment, the concept of the project shall be discussed and agreement shall be entered between the ASSURE entrepreneur for consultancy assignment.
Tentative charges for the consultancy shall be as under;

                  
Concept note:Rs 6000/- (Including Rs 1000/- as AnnualBeneficiaryMembers)

Techno-ecno feasibility report:Category. A Project =Rs. 0.50 Lakh up to Rs 1.50 Cr project
Category. B Project =Rs.1.00 Lakhs up to Rs 1.50 Cr to 5 Cr project

Appraisal from financial institution:Category. Rs.1.00 Lakhs Plus actual expenses of FI / Bank 

Financial approval (term loan / working capital):Category. 2% of the exposure

Execution for turnkey projects All Category -4% of actual cost + cost of man days permanently deputed (Fee for part assignment can be
                    mutually decided)
                  
                  Availability of subsidies = 2% of the subsidy or grant + expenses, if any.

Development of entrepreneurship

After the training, the beneficiary will arrange the seed money and deposit in new account opened in his name and submit a written application with proof.
The applicant shall also submit tentative work plan with technical and financial feasibility which shall form the criteria for appointment as Associate for Project Management
