Creditedwith many first introduction like ISO and computer aided Business Management System in seed industry, has been instrumental in entrepreneurial development in private sector seed industry and also handling consultancy assignments. Multifaceted knowledge of seed industry established him as one of the successful consultant in the industry.

Tech in Agricultural Engineering with expertise in Farm machinery & power and post-graduation in Protected Agriculture from Israel and post graduate diploma in Computer science from BIT, Ranchi laced with rich professional experience of ICAR and Agricultural university is endowed with versatile knowledge for creating balance between the waiting modernization and existing practicesin Agriculture in India. He held 5year assignment as Head of National Technical Manpower Information System (NTMIS) at the Institute of Applied Manpower Research, Govt. of India, and hundreds of publications on the subject.

With more than 38 years of experience in different capacities in National Seeds corporation, held the position like Regional Manager in states of MP, Chattisgarh, Bihar, Jharkhand and West Bengal and NE regions and also as member of the board State corporations and Certification agencies. He has thorough exposure to ground situation in rural India in the most part of the country. A certified ISO auditor and a person from systems, he holds very high degree of commitment with his expertise in working with farmers in innovative implementation of schemes.

Post Graduate in Agriculture with more than 33 years of vast exposure in corporate sector in India and Abroad with multiple assignments in the area of Fertilizers, Seeds, Pesticides, Poultry, Cultivation of Mushroom, procurement / Warehousing / Logistic / Collateral Management of Agri commodities, Supply chain management of FMCG – Food, in different capacities in numerous National as well as multinational organization, in marketing as well as Supply Chain Management and has been on the Board of Management of educational Institution of Organic Agriculture.
